Get to Know Us First

The video below is from one of the most refreshing sites that I've run across in a while. In the wake of the "Prop 8" fallout, I wholeheartedly believe that POWER UP and Gettoknowusfirst.org are onto something very positive.

It's wonderful to see that our community is focusing on attacking the seeds of perception that has long plagued us with the problems spawned by "outsiders". This video is quite inspiring, and I hope more organizations sprout out of the grassroots to help touch the hearts of those who do not hate us, yet, they simply don't understand.
